1. Select Your Door Design
   Browse ARTISAN iron doors in the shop and choose a design that interests you. Select all the required product options, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

   *If you would like to create a door with your own unique design or require a non-standard size, please contact us at sales@artisanentrydoors.com before placing your order. Our team will be happy to assist you with the customization process and provide any necessary guidance.

2. Order Confirmation
   Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Within 24-48 hours, we will send you a CAD drawing of the door for your review.
3. Review and Approve the CAD Drawing
   Carefully review the CAD drawing to ensure all details match your expectations. If any changes are needed, please notify us immediately. Once you are satisfied, approve the drawing.
4. Fabrication Begins
   We will start fabricating your door as soon as we receive your approval of the CAD drawing.
5. Final Product Confirmation
   Once the door is completed, we will send you real-life pictures of the finished product for your final confirmation. This step ensures that the door meets your quality and aesthetic requirements.
6. Shipment Arrangement
   If you are satisfied with the appearance and quality of the door, we will arrange for shipment.
7. Tracking Information
   Once your door is handed over to the freight company, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
8. Schedule DeliveryOnce the goods arrive at the local logistics station, the freight company will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date. Please ensure you have 3-5 able-bodied persons and a forklift ready for a safe and efficient unloading process. Additional unloading services are available upon request for an extra cost.

Additional Notes:

• Communication: Please keep an eye on your email for important updates and respond promptly to any requests for clarification or approval.
• Handcrafted Products: Artisan hand-forged ironwork may have minor design and finish variations. Window images are for inspiration; custom orders should refer to the final CAD drawing. Slight differences are part of the craftsmanship and not defects.
• Lead Time: The fabrication process may take 14-18 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. We will provide an estimated timeline during the order confirmation stage.

Final Price: Cost of your selected options will be added to the base price of $2,999.

Step 5: Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Our design team will then prepare a CAD drawing based on your order for final approval before production begins.
