Unfortunately, I’m unable to review the door itself because I still have not received it after multiple shipping and routing errors.
At this point, the experience has been extremely frustrating. Our custom door was originally delivered to the wrong customer in Arizona, rerouted across multiple states, and we were recently informed that the wrong door was sent to our local terminal again.
We have had to cancel scheduled installation, forklift rental arrangements, and personal plans due to the continued shipping issues and lack of clear communication throughout this process.
I’m hopeful the actual product will be beautiful once it finally arrives, but the delivery and customer service experience has been beyond disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable ordering from your company again or recommending it to others.
