Last week, the trucker delivered our front door right to our doorstep. The crate was huge and heavy, and it took a lot of effort to get the door safely into our garage. Luckily, the door arrived in perfect condition. There were a few minor issues during installation, but Ruby quickly provided a solution and sent the necessary parts. Amazing after-sales service! They didn’t treat us any differently just because the sale was completed. Every company should be like ARTISAN!
