Bait and switch. Said “free shipping” but if you want the door actually taken off the truck, they wanted $800. This is after they sucked an extra 500 for changing the way the door swung only a few days after the order, claiming it was already being built
Everything went fantastic! The door was built solid and the package with a solid crate was amazing! Not everyone ships things that well. Plus the door went right in with no issues, so fantastic job!
Unfortunately, I’m unable to review the door itself because I still have not received it after multiple shipping and routing errors.
At this point, the experience has been extremely frustrating. Our custom door was originally delivered to the wrong customer in Arizona, rerouted across multiple states, and we were recently informed that the wrong door was sent to our local terminal again.
We have had to cancel scheduled installation, forklift rental arrangements, and personal plans due to the continued shipping issues and lack of clear communication throughout this process.
I’m hopeful the actual product will be beautiful once it finally arrives, but the delivery and customer service experience has been beyond disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable ordering from your company again or recommending it to others.

It’s it exactly as I designed it to be. It’s is a very well made door couldn’t ask for a nicer unit.
Since I have elderly family members and kids at home, I chose a simple french door for easy opening and closing. Although the installation was a bit challenging, the final result is great—my children can move in and out effortlessly. Hmm, this company is pretty good!😊
Well after a month or so after getting door I was finally able to have contractor install door. Very pleased with the fit and finish!

Before the door arrived, I was really worried if it would pass the Florida tests. Thankfully, it did! Our house is still getting the final touches, and I can't wait to move into my new home!

After receiving the door, I suddenly thought about changing the handle style, hahaha. I know I can be a bit of a handful. Luckily, there were multiple handle options. Ruby was so thoughtful and helpful!
