Forklift Service Disclaimer
Under normal road conditions, drivers will make reasonable efforts to deliver your shipment to an open, accessible area of your driveway. Artisan Entry Doors and its carriers are not responsible for placement in any assigned area, damage during unloading, or delays caused by site conditions.
Lift gate use may be prohibited if the product overhangs the gate, in accordance with LTL safety regulations. Most of our doors exceed standard lift gate dimensions; therefore, customers must provide sufficient assistance—typically at least three able-bodied individuals—to unload products from the truck when lift gate use is unsafe. Customers are also solely responsible for unpacking crates and moving products to their final destination.
Forklift service may be required. While we can arrange this through our freight partner for an estimated fee of $800, availability is not guaranteed due to local equipment or site restrictions. If the service cannot be provided, the $800 fee will be fully refunded, and customers must arrange unloading at their own responsibility and expense. Customers may also secure local forklift services at their discretion.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for unloading, handling, and any additional services required to safely receive their shipment.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Within 24-48 hours, we will send you a CAD drawing of the door for your review. -
Review and Approve the CAD Drawing
Carefully review the CAD drawing to ensure all details match your expectations. If any changes are needed, please notify us immediately. Once you are satisfied, approve the drawing. -
Fabrication Begins
We will start fabricating your door as soon as we receive your approval of the CAD drawing. -
Final Product Confirmation
Once the door is completed, we will send you real-life pictures of the finished product for your final confirmation. This step ensures that the door meets your quality and aesthetic requirements. -
Shipment Arrangement
If you are satisfied with the appearance and quality of the door, we will arrange for shipment. -
Tracking Information
Once your door is handed over to the freight company, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status. - Schedule DeliveryOnce the goods arrive at the local logistics station, the freight company will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date. Please ensure you have 3-5 able-bodied persons and a forklift ready for a safe and efficient unloading process. Additional unloading services are available upon request for an extra cost.

Curbside delivery means your door will be delivered to the end of your driveway or curb (where accessible by truck). The carrier will not bring the door inside your home, yard, or any designated area, and does not assist with unloading or installation.
