Bait and switch. Said “free shipping” but if you want the door actually taken off the truck, they wanted $800. This is after they sucked an extra 500 for changing the way the door swung only a few days after the order, claiming it was already being built
Everything went fantastic! The door was built solid and the package with a solid crate was amazing! Not everyone ships things that well. Plus the door went right in with no issues, so fantastic job!
Unfortunately, I’m unable to review the door itself because I still have not received it after multiple shipping and routing errors.
At this point, the experience has been extremely frustrating. Our custom door was originally delivered to the wrong customer in Arizona, rerouted across multiple states, and we were recently informed that the wrong door was sent to our local terminal again.
We have had to cancel scheduled installation, forklift rental arrangements, and personal plans due to the continued shipping issues and lack of clear communication throughout this process.
I’m hopeful the actual product will be beautiful once it finally arrives, but the delivery and customer service experience has been beyond disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable ordering from your company again or recommending it to others.

Purchased an Artisan door as a front door for a new home build. We had a very specific vision on what we wanted to achieve. The personnel at Artisan clearly understood how to work with us to make this happen. Communications during the design and quoting phase were very professional, with detailed approval drawings provided, allowing us to tune the design. Updates during the construction process were also helpful.

Super happy with the iron patio doors from Artisan!! The process from ordering, receiving exact diagrams, to delivery as flawless. Super responsive team! Packing, shipping and delivery of a very heavy product (over 1,000 pounds) was excellent. Doors arrived in perfect condition due to the excellent metal frame the was packaged in. Very happy!
